We have been researching which ingredients will help to make our flapjacks even healthier during our Food Technology sessions. We learnt that dried fruit, apricots and prunes are a great source of vitamin.
“I have chosen to mix in some apricots and prunes into my flapjack,” Joseph told us. “Vitamins are good for your skin, and they you to see in the dark! They also give you healthy gums, and can help to keep away nasty colds.”
