Yellow class have been learning in literacy lessons how to put together complete sentences. Using the Communication in Print tools, the children worked in pairs to form their own sentence. We thought about who was involved in the sentence, and what they were doing. An example is: The boy is riding his bike in the park. We then read these sentences back to our partner, signing each word as we went along. We finished off the exercise by practising our handwriting as we added the complete sentences into our literacy books.
