We have been celebrating Happy Wesak Day in Class 7, as part of our humanities work. This is an important religious festival for Buddhists. The Year 7 pupils have been planning and preparing a display, that will proudly go on display in a school corridor. We have been drawing, colouring and cutting very carefully various items that are associated with the Wesak festival. These include hands, beads and lotus flowers.
