Red Class have been working across many different areas of the curriculum as we enter the second half of the summer term. Our numeracy work has been based on different shapes and colours. We have been helping the pupils to identify different shapes, and to then explain what features make them appear unique. Colour has been added to some of the shapes to help us add more detail to our description.
Our literacy work in Red Class has been based around current class reading book of The Bear Hunt. The children have been describing the main characters, and then helping to understand the events in the story in sequence.
P.E. work has been all about balance, whilst our geography work has focussed upon learning about different types of weather. A busy end to the term in Red Class!
