Class 1M recently enjoyed a game of Music Bingo. Each pupil was given a bingo card containing a selection of the Communication in Print symbols for a number of everyday sounds or instruments. These included church bells, drums or the sound of the sea. The class keyboard then played out a selection of these sounds. Out task was to tick off the CiP symbol on our sheets whenever we heard it.
Our music lesson then continued with some exploration of various sounds. Each class member was able to work on their own keyboard. We were keen for the pupils to explore the keyboard, and to find out how to make the sounds for ourselves that were contained on the bingo cards.
