Yellow Class have been learning all about the Cinderella story during the first half of the spring term. The children have been learning how to recognise the different characters, and to be able to sequence the story with a start, middle and an end.
Plenty of table activities have been completed by the Yellow Class children to help with their learning. Pictures from the different scenes in the story have been presented to the children. The task here is to write a short sentence to describe what they can see.
A matching activity has also taken place. The children were asked to find the correct symbol to match some of the events that take place in the Cinderella story.
A final exercise involved the Yellow Class children answering a series of questions based around the plot. A choice of answers was given here. Adult support was available, with each class member asked to explain their choices.
