Street art is our first topic for the new term in Class 8CM. The students have been looking at examples of this type of artwork and explaining how it is different to traditional art.
We have seen that text and messages are often an important feature for street art. Each class member has designed a piece of street art spelling out their own names.
The students then started work on a street art collage. We looked at a variety of different sources to find some examples that we liked. These were then cut out and presented as part of a collage.
