All staff and students are looking forward to Healthy Eating Week at Turney School after the half term break. This will start on the 10th of June and continue throughout the week. Our work is supported by the British Nutrition Foundation.
The aim is to introduce many activities that can help to improve the diet and healthy lifestyle of the Turney students. Different activities will take place each day.
The programme includes eating a healthy breakfast, having an active lifestyle, eating five fruits or veg each day, the importance of drinking water and finally having plenty of rest. These activities will be enjoyed by all pupils from Primary through to Secondary school.
