The Year 13 Turney School students have been looking at the power of projector art. This learning has helped the students to understand about the idea of scale within art. We have seen how it is possible to project a small image to become a big one.
Broad themes were set as the subject matter: beaches, the city and clouds. Some of the students used a combination of all three of these in their final work.
An overhead plastic sheet was used for our designs along with glass marker pens. Our instructions were to focus on the space available when creating our designs.
Each class member then displayed their designs around the Turney art studio. A series of projectors were set up to cover the wall space.
