Yellow Class Photo Project with School iPads

Yellow Class have been having great fun using the school iPads. We were interested in finding out how the camera functions works.

The initial task was to understand where we can find the camera app on the iPhone, and then how we can use this. This then led to some photos of our friends being taken. Some of the pupils will be asked to take photos of friends from other classes around the school.

Elsewhere in Yellow Class and we are all looking forward to our trip the Greenwich Maritime Museum. This has been organised to help with our current oceans and countries geography topic. The pupils will be taking part in a sensory workshop themed around the sea.

Yellow Class continue to make the weekly visits to the nearby Cafe Lulu as part of our PSHE learning. The aim is to help the class members feel comfortable in their local community. Money handling skills are used during these visits.

Finally we would like to mention the brilliant BMX sessions that some of our class members are enjoying at Brockwell Park. Pupils throughout Turney Primary School have been taking part in these.
