Our final geography topic in Class 9RH has had a timely theme for the summer term. The children have been learning about different uses of water and how we can save it.
Our starting point was to consider why water is so important. The students were shown how it is a resource that we need to manage, rather than waste.
This led to Class 9RH thinking of some ways in which we can save water. These included having shorter showers and using a bucket of water to wash a car. We have also spoken about why it is important to drink plenty of water during this summer heatwave.
