Lime Class have started a new science topic learning about the human and animal circulatory system. The first task was to identify the different body organs. The children can now recognise the lungs, the heart, vessels and blood.
Different table activities have helped to support this learning. Some of the students have sorted body organs based on if they are part of the circulatory system. This also involved answering true or false statements.
Another groups of Lime Class learners have read a series of facts about the circulatory system. They have answered questions based on this information.
Finally some of the class members have sorted and matched pictures of the human circulatory system. This learning is backed up with questions about the work form the teaching staff.
