Class 7AV are learning about time during our maths lessons for the final few weeks of the summer term. The pupils are approaching this with different activities depending on their learning needs.
One of the first tasks was to identify the four seasons as part of our understanding of how time changes. Some of the class members sorted items of clothes into either summer or winter wear.
Time throughout the day was another activity considered by some class members. Their task was to sequence the order of our day starting from waking up, getting ready, going to school, having lunch, more learning and then going home.
Days of the week and the months have been sequenced. Some of the higher learners then moved on to look at analogue clocks to read the time.
