Sixth Form Students Help Staff Prepare for New Term

Students from Years 13 and 14 have helped the teaching staff to prepare for the new teaching year ahead. All the resources in the music studio have had a stock count. The students were asked to organise them so that everyone knows where they can find them in September.

This has also taken place for the Picture Exchange System resources that are used in the music studio. These have been sorted and filed away in the correct place.

A stock take has also taken place in our wonderful sixth form food tech space. The students were highly organised in counting and washing up all the utensils.

The reward for this dedication was an afternoon session of board games! This was a social activity that also had some learning targets.

The games helped the students with their communications skills as they needed to explain to one another what their actions were in each game. Understanding the rules was another key objective.
